MSM FAQ's
MYSELFMOVE Standard Rates
1 Mover - $199 first 3 hours. $20 each additional ½ hour. Deposit is $199.
2 Movers - $299 first 3 hours. $40 each additional ½ hour. Deposit is $299.
3 Movers - $399 first 3 hours. $60 each additional ½ hour. Deposit is $399.
4 Movers - $499 first 3 hours. $80 each additional ½ hour. Deposit is $499.
Standard Rates cover our minimum charge of 3-hours. Each additional ½ hour would start after the 3rd hour is complete. There are no hidden fees.
Fuel Surcharge: Some areas require we add a fuel surcharge of up to $50. MSM will tell you of any surcharge in advance of your move.
Deposit: Non-refundable deposits are required to secure your your date and time of service. Entire deposit applies to your final bill.
Remaining Balance: Any remaining balance is due upon completion of service and will immediately charged to your credit card.
Insurance: All MSM Affiliate Movers are required to carry a minimum insurance level of $.60lb as required by law.
Additional Insurance: Available at an additional cost; ask your MSM representative for more information.
Flexibility: In most cases MYSELFMOVE can make a move happen within 24-hours of booking. If you’re in need of help within 24hrs please contact our customer service department immediately so they can look at our schedule within your area for availability, call 866-266-8371.
Quality Control: MYSELFMOVE requires all affiliates to upload 2 digital pictures per container and/or truck.
Quality of Labor: MYSELFMOVE uses only internally approved and accredited affiliates with safe, courteous, and professional movers, we do not allow day laborers on any of our jobs.
